"The Aspiring Educators have been an incredible addition to our school community. The students are professional, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. They support learning in our classrooms on a daily basis and provide many additional opportunities that would not otherwise be possible. Personally, they bring me so much joy as they are passionate about their future in education, something that is vital to solving the teacher shortage that is plaguing systems at the local, state, and national level."

“Working with CWCTC’s Aspiring Educators program has been both rewarding and enlightening. Mentoring an Aspiring Educator allowed me to give back to the profession while gaining new perspectives on my own educational practices. CWCTC’s teachers and students went above and beyond to make the experience worthwhile and enriching for all participants. It was a fantastic opportunity for me to connect with the future of public education, and I’m grateful for it.”
